PT Agrinusa Persada Mulia Supports Education Through Assistance for Students of SMA Satap 1 Merauke

Merauke – As part of its commitment to social and environmental responsibility, particularly in the field of education, PT Agrinusa Persada Mulia (APM) continues to contribute to improving the quality of education and supporting the future of the younger generation.

Through this social initiative, PT APM provided assistance to students from Elikobel District who are currently studying and residing at the SMA Satap 1 Merauke dormitory. This activity represents a form of collaboration between the education sector and the private sector in supporting the development of human resources, particularly in South Papua.

The visit from PT APM representatives was warmly welcomed by the school and students on Monday (March 9). The visit began with a friendly meeting with the school principal, followed by the symbolic handover of assistance.

The assistance included school supplies, food aid packages, personal hygiene items, and cleaning necessities such as laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies. A total of 24 students received school supplies, while the food packages and other necessities were provided for all students living in the dormitory, including those from Elikobel District.

The Principal of SMA Satap 1 Merauke, Embaidjan M.S. Wainggai, expressed appreciation and gratitude for PT APM’s concern and support for education.

He hopes that cooperation and support like this can continue in the future to help support the students’ learning process and development.

Meanwhile, Estate Manager of PT APM, Daniel F. Yanakaimu, expressed his appreciation to the school for warmly welcoming the company’s visit. He hopes that the assistance provided will benefit the students in supporting their daily learning activities.

Through this initiative, PT APM hopes the students will remain motivated in pursuing their education and achieving a brighter future. This activity also reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to contributing positively and sustainably to communities surrounding its operational areas.
