PT TSB Funds BPJS Health Insurance Premiums for 80 Vulnerable Residents, Earns Platinum Award

EAST KALIMANTAN – PT Tritunggal Sentra Buana (PT TSB) has once again achieved a remarkable milestone in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The company was awarded a Platinum Award in recognition of its strong commitment and active participation in supporting the National Health Insurance (JKN) program by financing BPJS Health insurance premiums for vulnerable communities around its operational areas.
This prestigious award was granted as an appreciation of PT TSB’s initiative in registering and covering BPJS Health premiums for 80 vulnerable residents. The program has been recognized as a tangible contribution to expanding Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and ensuring that those in need gain access to proper healthcare services.
The initiative forms part of PT TSB’s CSR pillar focusing on community health and well-being. By targeting vulnerable residents who are not yet covered by government-funded or self-financed health insurance schemes, PT TSB plays a crucial role in filling this gap and providing essential social protection.
PT TSB’s management stated that the award is not merely a symbol of achievement, but also serves as motivation to further strengthen collaboration with both the government and the community.
“Health is a fundamental right of every individual. Through this program, we aim to ensure that PT TSB’s presence delivers direct benefits to the well-being of surrounding communities, especially those most in need of health protection,” said a representative of PT TSB’s management in a statement on Monday (December 1, 2025).
The Platinum Award signifies a high level of participation and significant impact generated by the company’s CSR initiatives. PT TSB is regarded not only as being administratively compliant as a business entity, but also as proactively taking a more substantial role in strengthening the social safety net.
Looking ahead, PT TSB is committed to maintaining and even expanding the scope of this program, in line with the company’s vision to grow and thrive alongside a healthy and prosperous society. This initiative is expected to inspire more stakeholders to collaborate in addressing social issues in East Kalimantan.
